Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2. Service Description

ravunoza4k provides digital subscription access and related setup support for compatible devices. Service features, available content, quality, and device compatibility may change and can vary by location, internet connection, hardware, application, and third-party availability.

3. Account Information and Security

You agree to provide accurate information, keep access credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Plan term, device allowance, price, and included features are shown before purchase.
• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change for future purchases.
• Payment is due before activation and may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
• Unless the checkout clearly states otherwise, subscriptions do not automatically renew. Continued access requires a new purchase at the end of the term.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trial

Eligible new customers may request one 24-hour trial. Trial availability, activation time, and features may vary. We may refuse repeated, fraudulent, abusive, or technically unsupported requests. A trial ends automatically and does not create a paid subscription unless you separately place an order.

6. Acceptable and Lawful Use

You must use the service and any content only where lawful and in compliance with the rights of content owners and all applicable rules. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rebroadcast, record, copy, or redistribute access or content without authorization.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Bypass access limits, security controls, geographic restrictions, or technical safeguards.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.

7. Service Availability and Devices

A stable internet connection and compatible device are required. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes, and uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, network, internet provider, third-party applications, VPN, or events beyond reasonable control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, misuse, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice. Termination for a violation may make the purchase ineligible for refund to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected subscription. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

10. General Terms

These Terms, together with the policies linked here, form the agreement between you and ravunoza4k. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Applicable mandatory consumer law and the law of the operator’s place of establishment govern where permitted. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date.
